Peppa Dubai Tour by Kids Entertainment for Transport by Bus Tours

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and services provided by Kids Entertainment for Transport by Bus Tours (“Kids Entertainment”), operator of the Peppa Dubai Tour.
By purchasing a ticket for the Peppa Dubai Tour, operated by Kids Entertainment For Transport By Tour Buses LLC under a licensed franchise agreement with Hasbro, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Scheduled Departure
The tour bus departs strictly at the scheduled time stated on your ticket. Guests are required to arrive at least 15 minutes before departure. Late arrivals or no-shows will forfeit their tickets, as the bus cannot be delayed.
- No Refunds or Exchanges
All tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable. This is in line with Dubai Economy & Tourism (DET) and UAE Federal Consumer Protection Law (No. 15 of 2020) governing fixed-time leisure events. Any modifications need to be done 24 hours before the tour. All guests need to be on time for the tour, we regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate any late guests. Tickets are valid for a period of one year from the date of booking. Any changes to the booking, less than 24 hours before the tour, will be charged 100 AED per ticket.
- Operational Delays or Cancellations
In the unlikely event of a delay or cancellation due to weather, technical, or regulatory reasons, Kids Entertainment LLC may offer an alternative date or credit voucher of equivalent value at its discretion.
- Food, Beverages & Allergies
Our menus vary depending on the tour theme and are prepared in facilities that handle various ingredients.
– All allergy information must be emailed and confirmed by management before booking at [email protected].
– Allergens must not be listed in the “Special Requests” box on the booking form, as these are not monitored for dietary safety.
– Guests are responsible for ensuring the management has acknowledged and confirmed any dietary concerns in writing prior to the reservation.
- Passenger Responsibility
Every child must be accompanied by an adult. Passengers must remain seated with seatbelts fastened while the bus is moving and follow crew instructions for safety. Kids Entertainment LLC is not liable for loss of belongings or injury caused by passenger negligence.
- Photography & Media
By joining the tour, you consent to non-commercial photography and video recording that may be used in Peppa Dubai Tour promotional content. If you prefer not to be included, please notify the staff before boarding.
- Acceptance of Terms
By completing your booking and payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and disclaimers.
